We work on the distance between
who you are and
what you are known for.
Most of the people and organisations we meet are known already, but for the last thing they did, or to a smaller circle than their work deserves, or in words somebody else chose for them.
There are two ways to change that: one for a person, and one for the organisation they build.
Two kinds of work, and how to tell which you need.
Define what you want to be known for
Your name already means something, whether or not you have shaped it. We work out what you stand for, who needs to know it, and what in your record proves it, through our Personal Branding methodology.

Your leaders already carry reputations into every room they enter, whether anyone has shaped them or not. This is the session where they decide what those reputations should say, in front of each other, so the organisation gets the benefit rather than the risk.
The Personal Branding Journey is our core engagement: a series of individual sessions in which we work out what you stand for, who needs to know it, and what in your record proves it. You finish with your Personal Brand Positioning and your Personal Brand Story, written in your own voice, ready to use.
A team sits with you weekly and works through whatever is in front of you, deciding what each opportunity looks like once your positioning is applied to it. Over six months, your visibility, what you publish, and the decisions in front of you stop being handled one at a time and start aligning around the same positioning goal.
Turn expertise into a name
Most organisations are described differently depending on who is asked, and the disagreement is usually real rather than cosmetic. We bring your leadership to one position they will stand behind, map what your customers need at each stage, and produce the work that serves it.

Brand Positioning and Brand Story is our entry engagement: we interview your leadership, analyse the competitors you agree are the real ones, and bring what we find to a workshop where the organisation votes on a single position. You finish with a positioning statement your leaders have agreed to, and the story they can all tell.
An agreed position stays theoretical until it reaches the people you serve. We map how your customers actually arrive, decide and stay, then build the content strategy that serves those moments, so you finish knowing what to create, what to upgrade, and what to change behind the scenes.
Once the strategy exists, someone has to make the work, and for organisations that cannot resource that well in-house we do it. We become your studio: brand identity and design systems, writing, film and audio. Everything we make is measured against the map and the position already agreed.
